Super Simple Salmon
This is a simple recipe and perfect if you’re not used to cooking for groups.
This one is really easy to make and it’s ideal if you’re nervous about cooking for a group of people!
- Olive oil
- 4 salmon fillets
- a little lemon juice
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 2–4 carrots, sliced
- 1 small glass white wine
- pinch salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Drizzle olive oil over each salmon fillet, squeeze over the lemon juice, then add the sliced leek and carrots. Add a little more oil over the vegetables.
- Splash a little white wine over each, season with salt and pepper, then wrap firmly.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
