Chantal Coady (OBE) started Rococo Chocolates in March 1983.

Armed with a little knowledge, a dangerous passion for chocolate and a belief that there was room for a radically different approach to chocolate, Chantal decided to open a shop in the King’s Road (Chelsea, London).

Three books, multiple shops and a staggering number of awards later, Chantal still pushes the boundaries of the chocolate world.

Chantal and the team at Rococo have shared this dark chocolate fuelled recipe to inspire innovative Fish Supper hosts. Check out the recipe video here:

Alongside recipe inspiration they’re also offering an exclusive discount from their Coastal Collection to wrap up your Fish Supper this Autumn. With their nautical nuances, you can wow your guests with their beautiful hand painted chocolate lobster, or pop a salted caramel seagull egg on the dish with the after-dinner coffee. A perfect finish to your Fish Supper.
