A chance to thank our lifeboat crews, past and present
During this special Service of Thanksgiving at the Church of Our Lady and St Nicholas, we will commemorate those who have gone before us, celebrate our incredible volunteers of today, and inspire the next generation of lifesavers.

About Coast To Cobbles

Coast To Cobbles is a series of events that bring volunteers and supporters together to celebrate the courage and kindness that has powered our lifesaving in North West England since 1824.

The main five events, which include this Service of Thanksgiving in Liverpool, are taking place between 28 September and 12 October 2024 along the route of our special Coast To Cobbles lifeboat and its volunteer crew. They are travelling by sea, river and canal - from Silloth in Cumbria to Salford Quays in Greater Manchester - filling a time capsule with precious RNLI memories along the way.
