Branch information

The Chew Valley is a beautiful, rural area about 8 miles South of Bristol and 12 miles South West of Bath. Not an obvious place for RNLI fundraising as we are inland and rural - but we do our best and our love and enthusiasm for the RNLI is not reduced by our distance from the sea!

Apart from store collections - which are like gold dust for us as we have just a couple of supermarkets in our patch - we generally organise 3 or 4 large events each year. Our most famous event is our Curry Lunch which has been held each year for well over 30 years and is always sold out well before the event date!

We always need extra helpers so please get in touch if you can spare a bit of time to help us.

Just one good deed can make all the difference

Would you like to do something truly worthwhile with your free time for the RNLI?

We are looking for support with our local events.

We would love to hear from you and welcome you onboard.

Please contact the Chairman for opportunities at this branch or check our volunteering vacancies.
