The RNLI’s 200th anniversary is your opportunity to join a unique club – a select group of people whose donations will help secure the future of our lifesaving charity for the next 200 years.

We have always counted on the kindness of others, and, in the build-up to our 200th anniversary, we are counting on you. Your donation will fund activities that tell stories from our past, showcase who we are today and inspire future lifesavers. By becoming a member, you will secure your place in RNLI history.

Why join the club?

Your generosity will be the catalyst that keeps the RNLI saving lives for generations to come. To mark your place in this momentous chapter in RNLI lifesaving history, you will receive an invitation to a special service of thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey in March, 2024. And you can display your club certificate and wear your special pin badge with pride.

You will also be the first to know about other 2024 activities, and have your name, or that of a loved one, recognised on our 200 Club donor recognition board.

Taking their place in RNLI history

Madeline and Malcolm may not live close to the sea anymore, but the RNLI remains close to their hearts. For both of these long-time supporters, joining the 200 Club is a way to further raise awareness and secure the charity’s future for another 200 years.

How it works

RNLI 200 Club membership is open to individuals, groups and businesses. You can join by donating £10,000 / €10,000, either as a single gift or in instalments – the choice is yours.

In return for your generosity, you will be at the heart of our activities to mark two centuries of RNLI lifesaving.

We would be delighted to speak with you - or someone you know - about joining the RNLI 200 Club and the difference you could make.
