Denis is a business advisor and non-executive director.
Denis was appointed as a Trustee of the RNLI in 2019 and is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Denis Co-Chairs the LACA-lead the change Board. The Board is an independent Expert Committee, which provides advice to the Government and is focused on helping foster diverse and inclusive workplace culture across UK businesses.
Denis is also a senior advisor to a number of other commercial organisations.
In 2018 Denis was awarded an MBE for services to Women and Equality in Her Majesty’s Birthday Honours.
Until 2017, Denis was a Partner and Vice Chairman of Deloitte LLP and held many leadership roles, including serving as a board member for 8 years and leading the South West & Wales regional practice for 11 years.
Denis was a member of the Board of Governors at the University of the West of England having stepped down in November 2020.
