Denis Woulfe MBE, RNLI Trustee

Denis is a business advisor and NED.

Denis was appointed as a trustee of the RNLI in 2019 and is chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.

He is also a member of the board of governors at the University of the West of England.

Denis Co-Chairs the MACA lead the change Board.

The Board is independent Expert Committee, which will provide advice to the Government Equalities Office and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and help fostering talent across the whole population and workforce in support of the Industrial Strategy and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.

In 2018, Denis co-authored a “Men As Change Agents” toolkit to assist CEOs and other business leaders in achieving better gender balance and inclusion in businesses.

In 2018 Denis was awarded an MBE for services to Women and Equality in Her Majesty’s Birthday Honours.

Until 2017, Denis was a Partner and Vice Chairman of Deloitte LLP and held many leadership roles, including serving as a board member for 8 years and leading the South West & Wales regional practice for 11 years.
