Matthew Waterfall

Matthew is a graduate in business management and a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience working in both finance and commercial roles with many organisations such as DHL, Boots, Wilkinson’s, B&Q, Dixons Carphone Group as well as time in the public sector working for the Mining Remediation Authority.

He has been with the RNLI since 2019 as a senior leader within the Finance team and is also a Non-Executive Director of the RNLI Pension Scheme and Claytons Engineering Ltd (100% owned subsidiary of the RNLI that manufactures and maintains specialist launch and recovery equipment).

Matthew has lived in Dorset for 9 years with his wife, Jane, and their three children. In his spare time, he is a volunteer with his local football club providing coaching and training to the under 11s girls’ football team and has previously volunteered as a Non-Executive Director for a local multi-academy educational trust.
