Team building

Team bonding and team building ... with a difference!

Our workshops and activities are unique and themed around lifeboat crew training and equipment utilising the activities undertaken by our lifeboat crews. It is essential RNLI crews can work together and pull together. We use this experience to help other organisations develop team skills.

The power of a team working together is a formidable asset in any business. Employees that understand one another and work well together give you an extra edge in your corporate environment.

The RNLI can offer full and half day sessions, which are aimed at staff in small or larger organisations wishing to develop team-related skills. (We also offer our Sea Survival Experience to individual members of the public). Team bonding and team building sessions take place in our purpose-built environment, RNLI College in Poole, and may incorporate the use of our survival centre 'wave tank', full mission bridge and fire simulators.

Give your colleagues a valuable boost with an entertaining day of team activities all designed to increase confidence, trust and communication skills.
