Film location

RNLI College on the waterfront in Poole, Dorset is a striking modern building and a truly unique film location.

The sea survival wave tank – generally used to train RNLI lifeboat crews – has been used for various filming projects.

The wave tank can be used to create realistic storm conditions, complete with lightning, thunder, wind and waves.

Film crews are welcome to use the bedrooms and catering facilities on site subject to availability.
