Harwich Lifeboat Station was built in 2002 and accommodates a B class Atlantic 85 inshore lifeboat. Its Severn class all-weather lifeboat lies afloat on a pontoon, close to the station.

Accessibility

Parking – Council owned parking places are located on the road near the lifeboat station, which are limited and require payment via a meter, there is no parking available at the lifeboat station itself. There is a viewing platform within the station which has a small number of steps to access this.
