Launch a Memory Exmouth
Exmouth is a busy working lifeboat station, crewed by volunteers, and we kindly ask that you don’t try to contact us directly by phone with Launch a Memory queries. Our Launch a Memory boat can usually be seen during working hours, although please remember that it may be out of the lifeboat station for a variety of reasons. We have tour guides on duty every weekend throughout the year. Special Launch a Memory visits can be pre-booked. These are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between midday and 1pm. More information.
Station tours
A group of dedicated volunteers provides free, behind the scenes tours of the lifeboat station for groups and individuals most weekends throughout the year. These last 30-40 minutes and they operate at the following times:
April to October: 10.30am–3.30pm
November to March: 11am–3pm
To book a group tour, please complete a tour booking form and email it to [email protected]
Parking
We do not have any public parking at the lifeboat station but parking is available at the large council managed Foxholes car park opposite the lifeboat station.
